Kibira National Park Adventures

Kibira National Park covers over 40,000 acres of mountainous terrain along the Congo-Nile divide in northwestern Burundi. It is the largest protected montane rainforest in the country, characterized by steep slopes, deep valleys, and an intricate network of streams and waterfalls. The park's climate is humid and temperate, supporting an exceptional variety of flora and fauna, including endemic species such as the endangered primates — chimpanzees and colobus monkeys.
